The Union City High School MCJROTC celebrated in honor of the Marine Corps Birthday Ball tradition. It is an annual tradition celebrated on November 10th marking the founding of the United States Marine Corps in 1775.

Congratulations to the Union City Soaring Eagles football team for making history with BACK-TO-BACK State Sectional Championships! In what will forever be remembered as “The Miracle on the Roof,” the Soaring Eagles pulled off one of the greatest comebacks in New Jersey state championship history.

Jaivaneese Johnson is a Union City High School Senior. She is an aspiring singer and dreams of being on a Broadway stage one day. Jaivaneese entered an international competition called "Broadway World Next on Stage". She is representing Union City as the only nominee from Hudson County in the High School division among about 200 nominees.
