New Student Registration Information

1.          After Central Registration registrar review, you will be sent an email with instructions to complete the online portion of the Registration Process. If you are not able to complete the registration forms on line,  assistance will be available at the time of your appointment.
 
2.         Central Registration registrars will call you to schedule an appointment and collect the required documentation. 
 
3.         The registration process is not complete until you schedule and attend an appointment, in-person with the required documentation.

 

 

Please note: ONLY A CUSTODIAL PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN can officially enroll a student and the student must be present at the registration appointment.

 

 
1.           Después de la revisión del registro central, se le enviará un correo electrónico con instrucciones para completar la parte en línea del proceso de registro. Si usted no es capaz de completar los formularios de inscripción en línea, la asistencia estará disponible en el momento de su cita.     
 
2.            Los registradores de Registro Central le llamarán para programar una cita y recoger la documentación requerida.
 
3.            El proceso de inscripción no estará completo hasta que no concierte y acuda a una cita, en persona, con la documentación requerida.
 
 
Tenga en cuenta: SOLO UN PADRE CUSTODIAL/GUARDIÁN LEGAL puede inscribir oficialmente a un estudiante y el estudiante debe estar presente en la cita de inscripción.

 

Student(s) age 5 and up must be present with the parent/guardian at the time of the registration appointment
 
You must bring the following Documents with you to your appointment even if already uploaded:
 
  • The original Birth Certificate
  • Medical Screening Forms- Medical Forms, including the Physician Form with attached immunization records and proof of physical MUST BE completely filled out and signed by the doctor before registration and appointment.  
  • Special Education Medicaid Initiative  
 
Los estudiantes de 5 años en adelante deben estar presentes con el padre/tutor en el momento de la cita de inscripción

Debe traer los siguientes documentos a su cita aunque ya estén cargados:
 
  • El Certificado de Nacimiento original
  • Formularios Médicos- Los formularios médicos, incluyendo el formulario del médico con los registros de vacunación adjuntos y la prueba del examen físico DEBEN ESTAR completamente llenos y firmados por el médico antes de la inscripción y la cita.
  • Iniciativa de Medicaid para Educación Especial

  • Registration for the upcoming school year begins last week of June
