This event is a Junior to Senior Year Transitional Meeting specifically for JMSA Juniors and their parents/guardians. The Guidance Department will be hosting this important session to help students and families prepare for Senior year and beyond.

Please be advised that the Union City Board of Education, the Office of Community Relations in conjunction with Union City Mayor Brian Stack, the Board of Commissioners and County Commissioner Fanny Cedeno will be hosting a "FREE Citizenship Workshop & Free Waiver Assistance" to assist residents interested in applying for the U.S. Citizenship completing their applications for this process. Please be advised of the outstanding achievements by our students from the José Martí STEM Academy at the 2026 Hudson County STEM Showcase. They truly represent the Union City School District with pride and prestige. Congratulations, once again.

Fifth Grade Student Valeria Campuzano of HR 310 from the Roosevelt School had artwork selected by the Art Educators of NJ for the NJPAC showcase. Her piece is only 1 of 30 selected from K-12 and will remain on display at the Victoria Gallery within NJPAC for 2 months. All student pieces are for sale, and will be viewed by an estimated 80,000 patrons during gallery hours. She was honored at an opening reception this past Sunday at NJPAC. Congratulations, Valeria!
