Union City Teachers of Grade 5 Mathematics received high-quality professional development aligned to the New Jersey Student Learning Standards focusing on "Geometry & NJSLA Review." These hands-on workshops presented our staff opportunities to engage with grade-specific manipulatives, strategies, and best-practice techniques and activities to deliver effective math instruction immediately within their classrooms!
